How to use this template
  1. Create the table using this template in your database.

  2. Populate the patient_name column with the full name of each patient as they are admitted.

  3. Populate the age column with the patient's age to assist in symptom analysis.

  4. Populate the contact_info column with the patient's contact details for follow-up communications.

  5. Populate the symptoms column with a detailed description of the patient's symptoms for accurate AI analysis.

  6. Schedule appointments by setting dates in the appointment_date column.

  7. Assign a doctor by adding their name to the doctor_assigned column.
