How do I connect my Slack account to Boltic.io?
You can either enter your API Token or give the Boltic app permission to access your Slack workspace from the Boltic Integrations dashboard. These safe credentials let Boltic send messages and manage channels for you through a programmatic interface.
Is the Slack integration secure?
Yes. Boltic protects your data by using industry-standard security measures, like HTTPS/SSL for encrypted transmission and secure API tokens for access.
What actions can be automated with the Slack integration?
You can set up Slack to do tasks like send messages to channels, send direct messages to users, and make new channels based on events. You can also use Boltic to get data for reports.

Yes, there are two different fees: Boltic Fees, which depend on your plan and the number of tasks you have in your workflow, and Slack App Fees, which Slack may charge based on your workspace plan and how challenging the actions are that are integrated.
